Guest Experience
As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you’ll set the tone for every visit to Ritual. We’re looking for someone energetic, personable and detail-oriented who loves connecting with people and knows how to make them feel genuinely welcome.
We’re looking for friendly, dependable and detail-oriented people to support guest check-in, retail, studio operations and the overall guest experience.

Guest Experience Coordinator
The Role
The heartbeat of every studio visit.
As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you’ll set the tone for every visit to Ritual. You’ll be one of the first and last people our guests interact with, helping create a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
We’re looking for someone energetic, personable and dependable who loves connecting with people, takes pride in the details and is always ready to help.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist with class check-in, bookings and account questions.

Provide friendly, professional service in person, by phone and online.

Help new guests understand Ritual’s classes, memberships, policies and studio experience.

Support membership and retail sales.

Respond to studio emails and guest inquiries.

Keep the reception, retail and shared studio areas clean, organized and ready for guests.

Complete opening and closing procedures.

Work closely with instructors and leadership to support smooth day-to-day studio operations.
Who We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Attributes
-
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or another client-facing role.

Warm, outgoing and confident when connecting with new people.

Dependable, punctual and comfortable working independently.
-
Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
-
Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
-
Comfortable learning booking and point-of-sale software.
-
Available to work a combination of early morning, evening and weekend shifts.
-
An interest in fitness and wellness is important. Previous sales or boutique fitness experience is considered an asset.
